Mariscos MB was founded in 1997 and is a seafood specialist company located in Huelva, Spain, where we elaborate and transform mainly cephalopods and especially cooked octopus. With over 30 years of seafaring tradition and great knowledge of the raw materials that the sea provides, the company bases its existence and projection on the top quality of the products we distribute and their completely artisanal treatment.
We are proud producers in the origins of Spain, Portugal, Mauritania and Morocco, where we have our own freezing plants and cold stores throughout the year. At origin, we select raw materials with major focus in ensuring highest quality and maximum freshness, that we then destine to our industrial kitchen, where we only boil top-quality octopus.
In Huelva, we have a modern 4,200m2 factory with a production line dedicated to the production of pre-cooked and floured artisanal products and one specialized in cephalopods handling our star product the COOKED OCTOPUS. We apply traditional production methods while using the most advanced packaging systems, adapting to the presentations required by each of the distribution channels in the European, Asian, and North American markets.

Mariscos MB hold IFS food and ISO certifications and are members of the A.M.P.E.P. association in Mauritania fully supporting the FIP — Fishery Improvement Progress — as part of our efforts to secure and improve safety and sustainability.
