Shetland SeaFish is at the heart of Scotland’s seafood heritage. As a well established seafood processor, Shetland SeaFish is here to provide the complete range. SeaFish can provide Salmon (also Organic), Mussels and Scallops as well as Cod, Monk, Haddock and Halibut. Products are sourced locally and landed, processed and dispatched within the day. Shetland fishing boats are owned by local families who rely on the environment for their livelihood. They depend upon responsible working practices and care is taken to preserve resources for future generations. Shetland’s aquaculture has been at the forefront of pioneering developments into rearing new species and techniques to allow farmers to produce some of the finest natural seafood. In 1986 the company was awarded with the Queens Award for export and endeavour to maintain the high standard set.
