Based on standard equipment Kaj Olesen A/S is specialising in tailor made equipment such as fish turner, fish distributor, trimming line, adjustable work station, flip-over etc.
In 2004 Kaj Olesen A/S came with a new invention - the KOB400 Dark Meat Remover, which can remove the dark meat from trout and salmon fillets.
Company Kaj Olesen is exporting more than 90% of its production – partly through agents and partly from its main office in Denmark.
