Egersund Seafood processes and exports pelagic fish. Herring, mackerel and horse mackerel are offered as round frozen fish, flaps and fillets. One top product is Matjes herring for the Dutch and German market.
Ideally located in South West Norway, Egersund Seafood finds itself within easy striking distance from some major fishing grounds. From these the fish arrive at the modern processing plant in refrigerated seawater tanks. On arrival it is immediately processed, packed and frozen by highly qualified workers.
