La Coruña, Inc. was established as La Coruña Foods in 2004 by successful entrepreneur, David Vergel.
Its 33% growth shows financial strength and solid market penetration, with more than 300 sales points including main stores and supermarket chains in Puerto Rico. La Coruña employs 20 people and is the first and only company in Puerto Rico with offices in Asia fully committed to the research and development of new products for the Latin America and United States markets.
Among its main products are: coldfish, salmon, tilapia, red snapper, grouper, seabass, king crab, breaded fish filet, frozen shrimp, pasta and easy-to-prepare frozen vegetables.
