The Cap Blanc Company (CCB), based in Monaco since 1996, specializes in the trade of frozen small pelagic fish.
Its teams of specialists handle 250 000 tonnes of fish per annum throughout Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe and travel the world to find the best ways of harmonizing supplies and consumer demands.
The fish are mainly scad, mackerel, sardine, sardinella, herring and blue whiting as far as small pelagics are concerned, and corvina (meagre), pescadilla (small hake), pargo (snapper), sabalo and tilapia as regards table fish.
