Founded in 2003, Absolute Fresh Seafoods is a unique family owned and operated commercial processing plant located on the pier at Fisherman Quay in Sitka, Alaska.
Jeffrey Olsen, a fish broker and experienced Alaska fisherman, dreamed of combining a commercial processing plant with a fish market that could provide Hook-and- Line Troll-caught Wild Alaska Salmon and other seafood to both retail and wholesale customers all across the U.S.
