Until 2004, Merkos SA, being a purely Trade Company, introduced several innovations as regards product supply. Said innovations resulted to Merkos being a leading company in the area of fresh fishery. During the same year, Merkos SA made investments amounting to € 6.2 million, aiming at the production of a standardized product range. The new plant, which was completed in the end of 2005, is located in Mandra, Attiki, occupying a total area of 4500 square meters. This plant integrates the most advanced fishery processing and standardization technology. Merkos is part of Dias Group (Public, ATH:DIFF)
