Our activities meet the needs of the game and fisheries policy, and the related economic and recreational activities, in a forward-looking and customer-friendly manner. At both national and international level, our research and expert activities are high-level and well networked.
The Finnish Game and Fisheries Research Institute's (FGFRI) key tasks include the evaluation, projection and statistical assessment of fish and game resources. They also include maintaining the diversity of fish stocks and fostering economic activities related to fish, game and reindeer.
