Individual Australian Southern Rocklobsters branded with the Clean Green trademark have met world’s best practices from the point of harvest to the point of consumption.
Only those individual rocklobsters harvested from cold southern Australian waters meeting specific product specifications have been tagged and traced through the supply chain ("Pot to Plate") to provide you with the confidence in the quality and origin of the product.
