The origins of Frollanpesca (officially born as srl in 1975) are to be found in the 1920s: Giovanni Frollano starts the retail sale of fish products in the central Campo dei Fiori in Rome. The company, which also includes his son Angelo, quickly expands and only after 30 years there is the opening of a shop in the residential Roman district of Balduina.
This step coincides with the start of catering supplies, with particular attention to the hotel and catering service. Continuing in the growth parable, Frollanpesca moves to what was the first commercial center of the capital: Vigna Clara.
By increasing the clientele, the company enriches its proposals by including frozen products (both fish and vegetables) and starts importing from the individual countries of origin. Receives recognition several times from the Gambero Rosso.
Today the Frollanpesca, fully controlled by Alessandro and Danilo Frollano, is a reality of reference for both restaurants and individuals.
